Worst experience ever! My reefer unit was supposed to be ready on Friday and It wasn't completed until late the following Wednesday. When I came to get it they had put their company decals all over it- one on each side and one on the back -without my permission. Then, we go to use it for the first time and there is no power to the reefer unit. They also dented the roof of my brand new Ford transit and had to take it to the body shop for repair. My partner didn't notice the rock mark in the windshield when he sighed off at pick up. When I brought it back to have the refrigeration unit fixed and decals removed they wouldn't accept responsibility for the windshield. Two hours in their waiting room...still waiting...

Wow! What a company. Custom vans and killer customer service. Called for some help on some custom parts on a van they built almost 10 years ago for a disabled client, and they went out of their way to make sure they could accommodate my requests. Above and beyond! A+! Bravo!
