I contacted Jacob and wanted to sign with him as our Realtor. He gave us sugguestions to help the sell-ability of our home and was very helpful. We took his suggestions seriously and actually found a buyer before lilsting. We contacted Jacob to let him know we were going to do a "for sale by owner." Not only did he handle this news well, he -once again- gave us very helpful advice. 10/10 customer service and very enjoyable to work with, or not work with..

Jacob recently sold a house for us. He did an outstanding job. He was friendly yet very professional though out the process. Answered phone calls, texts,and emails in a timely manner. Always communicated extremely well. I would not hesitate to use recommend him or use him again.
