In August of 2022, I was hoping to find a house somewhere in the Magalia area. Jessica Williams a member of, The Simpkins Team was my realtor of choice. Together we found one place in a neighborhood that I liked that was a "fixer upper". Jessica put in an offer on my behalf that was accepted. Then came the inspection process, which I knew nothing about. Fortunately, Jessica is an expert. She contacted and set up the inspections with all the proper people. During the inspections while I stood around not knowing what to ask, Jessica was right there asking all the proper questions. In the end the house turned out to be more of a re-build than a fixer upper, so I withdrew my offer. I was feeling pretty depressed but Jessica told me not to worry because she knew of another house two blocks over from the first one that was for sale and in much better shape. After touring the second house I had Jessica put in an offer on it which was accepted. Once again, we went through the inspection process with Jessica asking all the important questions. This time there were only a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. Jessica worked her realtor magic and got the seller to lower the asking price enough to cover the needed repairs thus saving me money. Once the sale was complete Jessica gave me the names and numbers of contractors to do the repair work. In the end I now have a house which is in great shape in a great neighborhood and I owe it all to my realtor, Jessica Williams without whom I would never have been able to pull this off.

I was in need of a Realtor and struck Gold when I found her profile online. I usually would only go with a recommendation but I did not have any contact in this area. I needed a strong Realtor to handle the "me" project! LOL I needed a Realtor that would walk me through my first foreclosure purchase and Alisha and her team were flawless in their work ethic and hardworking "go get'em team attitude and style". She only had positive comments and didn't think twice about the very low purchase price, in fact, she worked it out and got me the absolute lowest price the bank would accept, right down to the dollar! She put forth the same amount of professionalism and hard work as if my house were a million-plus dollar property and she was earning the commission that goes along with that price tag. Alisha and her team worked out every detail, gave me above and beyond help, recommendation, gave me and continues to give me contact information and recommendations for various fix-it projects and is a great source of information for projects, community events, area schools, and family community activities.
