Although I was not able to use his services (home seller imposed unreasonable closing conditions) I can Highly recommend Don Krause at Caliber home loans in Chico, California.
Don is an outstanding loan officer, who will leave no stone UN-turned to make your loan possible.
I am very thankful that I ran in to him. I had an abysmal credit history and he made my low interest loan possible. he recommended ways to increase my credit score by 50+ points and they worked.
So if you want a true professional who will handle every step of your FHA, conventional or income property loan you should seriously consider him. they don't come better than him- helpfull 0
