We are very happy to have insurance and appreciate the communication with Megan. Unfortunately, my MIL's insurance was canceled after making a claim in 2022 and trying to find a new comapny was daunting during this insurance crisis currently present in California. We were turned away by every major company so we started looking locally. One company required lots of home photos, copies of permits, and extra paperwork in order to even receive a quote! That's when I found Jeff Fowlers Insurance. Megan quickly responded to my inquiry and was able to quickly find a company willing to accept CA residents and someone who had a recent claim! I wish I would have called them first! Happy to have coverage and Megan was easy to work with communicating primarily though email and phone which made it convenient. Thanks to the team for making this a smooth and easy process!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called for car insurance and after asking my name I was told to be put on hold before connecting me to the insurance agent, when she picked up again she told me they are not accept any clients for the state of California. Her exact words were "Travelers is currently not accepting new clients for the state of California as they are full." I thought that was the stupidest thing I've ever heard and laughed and said ok?? Thanks?? And I hung up like WHAT!? Never heard that in my entire life. I was on a 3 way call with my brother in law who had insurance through the company.He suggested I call someone in town for the same insurance(Travelers) and heard the whole conversation. He was appalled, and thought that was BS.After we hung up,I called the second office in town at Avrit Insurance and was given an agent who quoted me right away without any hesitation. Honestly,I am pretty sure it had to do with my race because of my name. I would not recommend this office. Go to Avrit Insurance on Esplanade,they were friendly and honest and very helpful.
