Kirk's Jewelry

There is no other jeweler like Kirk's Jewelry. Everything is one of a kind with so much thought and creativity put into it. And truly, each person is a joy to walk into and interact with. Just recently took my friends there that have their own pieces of jewelry, and not only did they clean them without hesitation, and also fixed my dear friend's grandma's ring that's been a long time of searching to fix! Kirk's is impeccable.

I'm really bummed and I didn't want to leave this review but even after many days it's still weighing heavy on both my husband and I. I went in very excited to check out Kirks as I have always heard great things. But days later I'm still extremely upset thinking about how poor my experience was with Elena. We came in with two ideas for jewelry and we were made to seem like idiots for thinking what we did. She did not offer any other suggestions or help. I led the conversation and other ideas just so it wasn't as uncomfortable. I don't think either of us have ever tried to work with someone as rude. She could at least fake it and sell me the jewelry or help us find a better option. Totally disappointed, we took our business else where.
