Lube Express

I just had the displeasure of going to Lube Express for an oil change. I brought my own oil but was told they only credit $3.00 so the oil change is almost full price. Sergio told me if I didn't like it I should go to Valero down the street for a $20 oil change. I opted to stay the course and had them change my oil. But, Sergio sure could use a course on customer service skills, very rude and arrogant. The only reason I stayed was the young man at the desk who wrote me up, kind and professional. Needless to say I will never to back to this establishment and I would definitely never recommend Lube Express in Chico to anyone.

Came in at 7/11/24 came in for an oil change and, the staff was very friendly, and helpful. The Owner Charles was very helpful giving me advice on what tool I needed if I wanted to do the oil change by myself next time. Which will definitely help, and appreciate it. The Hood Tech Clay, also found that the cabin filter needed to be replaced. They fixed that. Overall, very friendly and,knowledgeable staff. Would go here again.
