My daughter is in Kindergarten here at Neal Dow. I like the families that attend here bc you get such a mix of people. There is also high parent involvement. I have got to say that we got the BEST kindergarten teacher ever. Miss Marie has a lot of experience that shows in her teaching and love for the kids. My daughter has learned so much in her class and is an excellent and confident reader. She teachers them not only the fundamentals that they will need for first grade but also about different cultures, compassion for others and the community and also lots of creative outlets. She also uses a system called class Dojo where she posts pics of the kids and parents can see what they did each day and also easy for communication with the teacher. Another really cool thing about this school is the principals dedication. Without fail rain or shine he is outside every morning waving at everyone and greeting everyone who drives by or comes onto the campus. What a great "face" for this awesome school. Looking forward to next year!
