I would give a half star. After first visit, I was impressed. I was told I could return if hearing aids didn't help . They didn't and I returned within time limits. Then it got nasty. I called numerous times. Every time I was assured by dr. and front desk that my money was sent. NOPE !!! I drove over to get money put back on debit card only to discover they had charged me again. Double the price for nothIng ! I got my insurance involved and they did some investigation because they also paid money. It has now been turned over to State Board for further investigation. Be careful with them, be very, very careful. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I'll start by saying my family doctor referred me and I got a message on my machine from Aubrey to come in to the office at a certain time. I showed up and Aubrey, right there in front of me, denied she called me and left a message. (Why was I there, then?) Not a good sign.
I'm not going to write a long review because there's too much to say. Let's just say the office is disorganized and unresponsive. Had a hearing test and Dr. said she would get a computer program to adjust my hearing aids. Never did. I sent two emails and left three voice-mails and got no response. I then went in person to solve the issue. They said they would get back to me. Never did.
