BEWARE BEWARE!
When I went in for a hearing exam, I was told they would check to see if my health insurance would pay for hearing aids. I agreed to try a hearing aid. I did not like the discomfort but was told to try them out for another few weeks since the 60 or 90 day trial period had some time remaining.
Joe Bartlett told me I had insurance to cover the cost of the $3,500 hearing aids.
I called my insurance company and was told they would pay $500, not the $3,500. I was shocked at the dishonesty of Joe Bartlett. He knew my cost would be $3,000 but failed to tell me until my trial period was over. SO BEWARE OF JOE! Check with your insurance, do not rely on what he tells you.

Prior to seeing Joe Bartlett, I'd been through many 'hearing professionals' and have been sorely disappointed by their lack of ability, knowledge, and/or concern. My hearing is not an easy case, and the results till now have been disappointing and frustrating. Joe seemed to me to be more confident and certain about his adjustments, all the while explaining what he was doing and why, and what the options might be. Moreover, he seemed to understood my problem and was willing to tackle it without reservation. I can't say enough good things about him, he is helping me hear and understand speech so much better, and in my experience, is far and away the most dedicated and effective hearing professional in this area. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
