I had diminished hearing in my right ear, for a number of years, and was referred to Upstate Hearing Instruments by my doctor, so that I could get a hearing aid. They were absolutely wonderful. The staff were so nice, very compassionate and understanding, and very patient. They took their time and answered any questions that I had, explained everything really clearly, and they never rushed me.
They seem to have all the latest technology in hearing aids, and they did everything they could to make sure my hearing aid was a good fit, in terms of settings and adjustments, etc. Both the receptionist (Renee) and the hearing aid specialist (Christa) were super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of this kind of service.- helpfull 0

This place is awesome for hearing aids and hearing aid services. I was on a road trip to visit family in the area and started experiencing an issue with one of my hearing aids.
I looked up brand providers in the area for my hearing aid and came upon UpState Hearing Instruments. They fit me in the same day and because they were a provider of my brand (Oticon) and because my hearing aids were under warranty still they were able to service them for me.
Thank You UpState Hearing Instruments your entire staff rocks and I am able to hear clearly too now.- helpfull 0
