Chico Hearing Aid Center

A big thank you to Chico Hearing Aid Center for fixing my very valuable Cochlear Implant Processor yesterday. Prongs from a headpiece cable had broken off and gotten embedded into part of the processor and needed to be pulled out. I didn't have the tools to do so.

I stopped in to Chico Hearing Aid Center to see if they could help. The people at the front desk immediately went to work on it while I waited and were able to remove the lodged piece for me, making the processor fully functional again! I was so happy! And then I asked how much I owe them. No charge!

I went to Chico Hearing Aid Center for a second opinion on hearing aids and to get a full hearing test.

Before calling Chico Hearing Aid Center, I had gone to another hearing specialist in town and ultimately felt pressured to buy very expensive hearing aids based upon incomplete testing after 3 separate visits.

I'm very happy I decided to get a second opinion. Chico Hearing Aid Center provided a full battery of tests and Angela took the time to explain everything to me. She's great.

We talked about several different hearing aid companies/models, prices, warranty, servicing etc.

I was given a pair of hearing aids on the spot to try out until my next appointment. If these don't work well for me, I can try other brands until I find the best one for my needs.

I felt the service at Chico Hearing Aid Center was fantastic. Friendly and professional. Angela explained all of the tests and results to me. She was very patient as I was trying to learn how I put the hearing aids in my ears properly. She was very kind and respectful. I did not feel pressured at all to buy anything right then. I appreciate having the opportunity to "test drive" as many brands as I need to find the perfect pair of hearing aids.
