Ohm Solar Solutions

I am not the homeowner but the home where we are staying has ohm solar. I have had multiple problems with the inverter but because we don't have WiFi and refuse to buy a $700 back up solar battery they won't service the property. But maybe it's because I am a concerned mama of 3 just trying to find out why my energy bill is high.

I guess they worked out a contract with the homeowner where their warranty isn't valid anymore because I can't afford WiFi or a cell modem to monitor the solar.

I have heard great things about neighbors solar systems where they can see their energy use from the inverter box and their boxes are installed in the garage where others can't access it.

So if going with ohm and you don't want to monitor it with WiFi or a cell modem, I would look into other companies. I heard sun run is a good company.

Service came as advertised! Lowered my bills right away and I didn't have to do anything but talk and sign.
