Update....it is now 3 months and I am still getting the runaround from the office manager and business. They refuse to even contact me. I have had to email and call the business numerous times. They took my money without authorization and after notifying them that I had vacated the unit. They claim that the delay in refunding my money is because "the bank takes a long time to do refunds". Office "manager" refused to give me contact information for the owner and claimed he had been in contact with the owner. Not once did this so-called "office manager" contact me. Nor has the owner reached out. In the meantime, I am out the money. Do NOT rent a storage unit from this company. They will charge you for months after you leave and then ignore their obligation to rectify their mistake. The photos online are not at all what their place looks like. It is more like a junk yard. Small claims court is apparently my only recourse. DO NOT rent here!

Love this place. They have a security gate with pin access and a great alarm system. Literally the lowest rates in Chico. I did my research! I will use them again in the future!
