I could not give him a lower rating. He is a public defender and not worthy. If you have a family law case save what you have, sell everything but your life, and report any "misdoings" to the State Barr. He "seems" personable, and maybe once upon a time, he was. I made a mistake but very indirectly had a case to my children's predators. I am now a Master's graduate and not long from becoming a Doctor. I wouldn't say I like Butte county and the corrupt system. Move and do what you need to, but do NOT let this man represent you. I have warned you, which is more than what I got many years ago. Don't lose what you have and report this man to the state Barr if he has already gotten you. Heed this warning!!!

If I had the option of giving this a 0 star rating I would. This lawyer is a joke! I have not heard from my lawyer and three months have been trying to get ahold of him almost everyday. He refuses to fight for me in court allows them to make me out to look like this horrible person even though I have completed everything this county has asked of me. He refuses to stand up in court and tell them this is what my client has done, refuses to even fight for the fact that I have a prescription for the medications I'm prescribed instead he allows the judge to scream and yell at me as though I'm just on medications that aren't prescribed to me. I am actually in the process of turning him into the State Bar Association he's got much of a crap lawyer ask anyone in this County and they'll all tell you he is the worst one to get. I Now understand he refuses to fight for people I hope that the State Bar suspend his license and doesn't allow him to practice anymore he is part of the problem he is part of the corruptness in this world!
