Christy Gubbels represented me when I got divorced. Neither of us wanted to go through a long drawn out divorce with hurt feelings and disrespectful communication. Absolutely horrifying experience dealing with Christy. She demanded that I pay her retainer in cash which I found odd but still did anyways because I thought she was an attorney that can be trusted. She would constantly miss appointments and even court hearings. She rarely takes calls and typically only returns calls during inappropriate times like 10 pm as an example. She lost every motion that she filled on my case and after the second time of being yelled at by the judge for her sloppy litigation, I dropped her and hired a real attorney that turned everything around in a week. I don't know if she has a pill or drug problem, but this lady is all over the place and I hope she gets the help she needs.
