Raymond L Sandelman

Raymond is just not the person you expect. I did research into this person, and he has a bad reputation with people. Two of my colleagues whom I work with even got a nasty attitude from him. When a problem arose, one of them tried to talk to him, and he was just not wonderful. Then my other colleague got a letter from Raymond about something not pleasant, and this was just the beginning. After she received the letter from Raymond, she called him up to talk about the issue, she got his secretary to pick up, and left her message. The next day or so, Raymond calls her back, and he was just not nice on the phone. He just had a cocky, arrogant, nasty tone and attitude when she was trying to explain the situation. She was being nice to him when he didn't. She even asked him nicely to have him talk nicely to her. She wanted to work something out. He just didn't care. Then, when she mentioned that he has a bad reputation, he just hung up. That says something there.

Called Raymond Sandelman's office. I was looking for an attorney who handles landlord/tenant cases and who might be able to help me in Redding Ca. He did advise me right off that he does not represent any cases in Redding as that was to far away. I then asked him if I could explain my situation and see if I even had a case. I was able to only explain part of my issue and he said hold on a minute. I could hear him typing then he start rattling off codes 1942.5 and he would read, then 1941.5 and read some more. When I thought it would be ok to speak he was rude and would cut me off telling me that I was wrong and that if its not in the law then there is nothing that could be done. This happened several times when I would try to explain more of the situation because he never listened to the entire situation. He said, "I have told you five times now to just listen to me." He had a very aggressive and agitated sound to his voice. I then said I was sorry I bothered him and that I was just trying to explain the whole situation. He got even more upset and said since I did not want to listen to him and I wasn't telling him anuthing that was a law the conversation was over and he hung up on me.
I am sorry but if you don't listen to the whole situation then how are you going to know if the is a law that applies. TRUST ME....I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SOMEONE LIKE THIS. Poor way to treat people. Next time just say you don't want to give any advice.
