Shared Travel

I will not recommend this travel agency. we booked a trip to Hawaii 8 months in advance. A hurricane came through and we were concerned about traveling during that time we paid for travel insurance and tried to cancel and were told the travel insurance is only if you break a leg or death in the family. were not told that when we purchased the insurance. so we had to go we got to Waikiki and i was shocked at the crowded city. were told we had a balcony ocean view well that balcony was barley big enough for my husband and i to stand on together and had to lean out and over to see the ocean. was told by the hotel not to go in the water it tested positive for dysteria after the hurricane. we then flew over to Maui and the hotel was so old it had no elevator on the second floor with bad knees. could not go in the water per hotel due to dangerous high surf being hurricane season. hotel had cockroaches in the bathroom. went to complain with manager waited 40 minutes in the lobby and manager never showed up or contacted us at all. This was supposed to be our dream vacation and it ended up being a nightmare. i will never recommend this agency

I don't know how she did it! Lynn coordinated TWENTY-SIX of us to go on a Mexican Riviera cruise for our wedding on a Princess Cruise ship. Though there were delayed flights and lost luggage on the way to Los Angeles, that had nothing to do with Lynn. Everyone & their luggage arrived safely on the ship, the wedding was flawless and went off without a hitch, and we all are already discussing a reunion trip to Cabo next year!
