Best Western Heritage Inn - Chico

If I could give this place a zero I would! I scheduled a stay at this Worst Western in Chico through Expedia because my A/C had gone out and I needed a place to cool off. However, I cancelled my reservation with Expedia well within the cancellation policy time (I have the email to prove it). But, Best Western ignored the cancellation and charged me anyway. Then, when I contacted Expedia to find out what happened, they called the Hotel and was told by the manager that I reached out to them directly and also actually stayed at the Hotel. This is a bald faced lie! Do not stay at this Hotel they are the Worst!

if you want a good nights sleep don't come here. was up the entire night because my neighbors were talking and screaming all throughout the night
