WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL AND WAS EXPOSED TO MOLD. I booked this place as it looked decent and was the only thing not extremely expensive for graduation weekend in Chico. It was absolutely disgustingly filthy and when we tried to go to the front desk the door was locked. I have attached pictures here to show what it looked like. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting from the sink to the ground and especially the shower. all parts of the shower were disgusting and the shower curtain had mold on it. We tried to go to the front desk and the door was locked. I am considering going to the city to report the mold exposure.

The most disrespectful and unprofessional front desk I have ever encountered. You couldn't pay me to ever do business with this company again. I rent multiple rooms for my employees and have been doing so for years. I have never encountered a more disrespectful front desk. Avoid this place and go to the Quality Inn. It is 1,000 times cleaner and has an immeasurably better front desk.
