Horrible customer service! At one time I had most of my properties with Titus until my accounts were transferred to this Chico office. I had horrible customer service from the start in this Chico branch. I hope this review saves a few people from mounds of headache in the future.

I had not reviewed my insurance an costs for many years, based on a recommendation, I contacted Titus and got a quote on rental property, business property and home insurance. They gave me a fair analysis on these insurances, saved me thousands over a few years, and were honest and polite enough to tell me which insurance I should keep. This took them quite a bit of time. Jennifer and Keith were polite, patience, and very helpful!! And0 they saved me money while matching the plans I had - Sweet !!
