History
David Glennen Personal Training is a system I developed six years ago. Founded on the principles of modern exercise and nutritional science, I'm positive it can work for anyone. I have not only helped many people lose hundreds of pounds, but I've personally lost sixty. I'm not just another trainer with good genetics ordering you around. I've been in the trenches myself.
