Vilotti Animal Clinic

Another animal hospital recommended this clinic. After I talked to both Sonia and John on the phone, I came away believing they shouldn't be licensed to do anything let alone veterinary care. They are a couple of sick people. I have a little calico cat with a paralyzed leg. She's struggling and she's lost her appetite lately and there are issues with her use of a litter box. I was calling around to see if there was anyone who could put out of her misery if she doesn't improve. She's seen a vet already, but it was too expensive to have scans and x-rays to determine what's causing the paralysis. When I told Sonia this, she bellowed at me that I don't deserve to have a pet and hung up abruptly. I tried to control myself, but I couldn't. I called and left a message that ended by telling them that "...vets are greedy, heartless, money-grubbing pigs." I truly believe this anymore. You have pay about $100 just to walk in the front door whether any vet does anything for you at all and the prices for their services are monstrously inflated. About 20 minutes after I left the message for them, I'm sure it was John who called back. He started by screaming at me that I'd left "...a pretty nasty message!" I started to try to acknowledge that and say I wasn't going to apologize. He cut me off and started ranting loudly. I wasn't going to listen to any of it so I hung up. I thought that would end it, but--oh, no!--about a minute or so after I ended the call my phone started ringing and I think it rang and rang for about 10 minutes and when it stopped I picked it up quickly and shut the ringer off for a while. It amuses me to know that they can dish it out, but, apparently, they can't take it.

Sonia and John were awesome. THey came to my house and helped my very elderly dog pass over to doggie heaven. Not stressful or fearful for him. I highly recommend doing this in your own home. They were very kind and very professional and they took care of EVERYTHING. I have told everyone I know with pets about them. They came back the following week and cleaned my other dogs teeth and did her nails..very unstressful for all of us. Again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
