COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The staff was VERY unprofessional! :(

I went to their office last week, to inquire about the prices of their storage units. When I walked in, the entire office REEKED of pot. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those uptight "anti-cannabis" guys, but there's a time and a place for everything. When I walked in the office, the pot smell was so pungent and so strong, I could feel it in my eyes, and it was so distracting that I could barely talk. Keep in mind, this was in their MAIN OFFICE.

I was then greeted by a young man (wearing a baggy sweater, with bushy brown hair, goofy smile, and completely reeked of pot). He seemed stoned out of his mind, and when I asked him about the prices of the storage units, he seemed surprised (as if this was an unusual question to ask at a storage facility). He was also a little bit disheveled, seemed like he had trouble forming his words, and wasn't very professionally dressed.

I think I said something like "nevermind" and then left. Again, I have nothing against people who use pot, but at least show some professionalism, or smoke it when you're not at work, or smoke it at a place where you're not going to cause the entire office to reek of weed.

People like to be taken seriously, and I'm pretty pissed that this is the way I get greeted when I take time out of my busy schedule, to drive all the way to your office because I wanted to get some information about your prices.

I'll be sure to tell as many people as I can not to do business with you guys. Smoke your pot at home dude.

Very disappointed would-be customer.

This place is TERRIBLE. Called and reserved a storage unit and paid over the phone. Explained to the manager that this was my first time and needed assistance and detailed description of unit. I had very little help and needed it to be short people friendly. He FAILED to let me know that the unit was UPSTAIRS. We had to use a fork lift, operated by one of the workers to load everything up and then roll in other thing ALL the way to unit. NOT KIDDING THIS TOOK OVER 4 hours because only one person was there. Not only did they fail to tell me what I was getting myself into, because remember I have to take all that stuff out now..
Then I call at the beginning of the month to pay leave 5 voice mails and no one called me back. I went down there to pay it because no one answered and they told me there was a 25$ late fee. I explained that I had called multple times between the 1st and the 10th to pay and no one answered or called back. He gave me the managers number to waive the fee. I called the manager and he was so rude and immediately said NO. I explained in further and he said " let me check my voicemails and call you back." Of course I never heard back. Finally called this business 10 MORE TIMES. Finally someone answered and I paid. I am leaving this place early and do not recommend storing at this place. At this point I don't care about the money. They made my moving experience way worse. As a CHICO LOCAL, I have told everyone to avoid this place. I also have posted many places to avoid this from happening to someone else.
