I rated these folks as middle of the road to ensure I didn't skew their rating too much, but I think prospective customers should be aware of their customer service...or lack there of.
Simply put, I called to inquire about availability. Left a message with my needs.
When they called me back, the opening was simply, "you called us, what do you want?"
I asked their availability for a unit, and received a curt, "no, we're booked."
Right, wrong or indifferent...if you're going to do business with these folks, you should know how they will communicate with you.- helpfull 0
