Nov 04, 2023I took my peacoat there to get a rip and some buttons fixed. I returned a month later to check on her progress and give her my new phone number so she could contact me when it was finished, and she hadn't worked on it yet. I returned a month after that and she still hadn't worked on it yet.
"I think it needs to be washed" was what she said, after two months of not actually fixing my jacket. It's the summer, so thankfully I don't need my peacoat, but that's just bad business.- helpfull 0
