I'm not sure how this place has such a high rating. In all honesty, I think it must be their friends and family rating them. The lady who helped me was very unfriendly and almost dismissive. Maybe it's because I am young, but all customers should be treated respectfully. One top of that she wanted to charge me $3 per button sewn onto my pants and $15 for a hem!! I took my stuff and went to another alteration place who hemmed my pants for $3 and fixed my buttons for $1.50. DO NOT GO HERE. It is SUCH a scam. You can get the same quality of work somewhere else for a much lower price.

I love this place. They were recommended to me and now I do the same for others. They reconstructed a jacket, sown patches on a uniform, hemmed items. My requests were nicely done and done quickly. Yep i'm taking more items in this week.
Everyone is polite and professional.
