Men's Wearhouse

Both employees working (very young) did not know what an Oxford collar was. Nobody asked if I needed help when I came in. The woman I asked first didn't even look me in the eyes when I asked her, and instead seemed put upon and sarcastically turned to her partner and asked if him if he knew what that was, as if I wasn't there. Staff obviously hasn't been trained in basic sales manners or base-level knowledge of mens clothing. I figure management thinks "kids don't want to work these days" but they don't properly train or treat their employees with respect, because these two obviously did not want to be there.

Went in for the complimentary measurements the that Men's Warehouse is known for today on July 14th around 12:15. Gentleman, with the shiny curly hair asked if I needed help, told him I am part of a wedding party and the groom is going in for a consultation in Sacramento, since he is still deciding between a local shop and Men's warehouse and he wants to have our measurements ready for when he makes his decisions. The gentleman looked me up and down and said "That's working backwards" in a very unprofessional way with a bit of side eye. Very bad customer service, clearly he just didn't want to do his job, take my measurements and provide the customer service Men's Warehouse is suppose to be known for. Groom is now going with local shop instead of here since they also treated other one of our groomsmen's, pretty terribly.
