The man working the register was not at all friendly. The sales girl was very helpful. I had to return 2 items and again deal with the unfriendly man. If he could just smile and say thank you - that would go a long way! The store has great advertising and marketing and some nice clothing selections, but no returns - only store credit. In these days of automation the one thing you expect when shopping in person at a store is friendly personal. They need to train workers to be friendly. (Maybe he is an owner - I don't know)! They do have reasonable prices and mostly clothes for the younger generation.

Came in for a wedding guest dress this morning. Had lots of questions, and every one of them was answered in full and with great care. Much appreciative to Anika for her calm and support! Will definitely be back for future events.
