I had never been to a Boot Barn previously and I feel like this one is amazing. The smell of leather when you walk in the door is amazing. Everyone working there was friendly, hundreds if not thousands of boots to choose from in all price ranges. A beautifully decorated store that I would happily visit again

Yesterday I walked into boot barn just to browse and POSSIBLY get some new boots. To say my fiancé & I were harassed by the employees is an understatement. In the course of 20 minutes , 7 DIFFERENT employees asked us if we needed assistance, 7. Some of them asking multiple times! After very politely declining over and over again we were still bombarded with tons of questions & useless information we did not ask for. It was more uncomfortable than helpful , long story short we were so overwhelmed we almost walked out empty handed! How many times can one person say " No thank you , we're just looking" LOL
