Diamond W Western Wear & Saddlery

I came into Diamond W looking for hat cleaner as my wool hat had blown off in the street and gotten pretty dirty. The young guy and gal that were working couldn't have been more polite, friendly, and helpful. They cleaned my hat at no charge and also were generous enough to also send me home with hat cleaner at no charge. I didn't catch the employee's names, but I couldn't have had a better experience! I took in a purse..it was a name brand and very expensive. A while back I evidently set it in something or something was spilled on it and it ate thru the color and down to leather. Nevertheless it had a 50 cent size blotch and a few smaller ones on the outside which made it look terrible and useless. I carried it around for over a year hoping I could find a way to get it it repaired. I took it into Pats Shoe Repair at Diamond W and he worked on it for several weeks trying to match the color..(it was not a very standard color) when I went into pick it up I was shocked! I could not see where the repair was done!..Amazing Work!
