The Lady is rude on the phone. Their appliances are overpriced. They skip your delivery if you don't answer your phone and never explain it's contingent upon delivery.Their appliance installer is incompetent, unprofessional and was in a hurry. He caused damage to the power outlet while ripping on old dryers cord. He didn't finish installation because of the sparks and damage. Of course they didn't offer to pay for the electrician bill that their employee caused. Their 90 day warranty is whack. They Charge you fee for technician to come out to your home and "fix it." A mechanic or technician who doesn't honor their labor or work is a place i avoid. It's another way to scam customers for appliance resales failure to fix the appliances properly before selling them to customers. You have better luck buying new dryer, washer or other appliances for brand new. They cost same or even less when on sale compared to appliance resale used appliances. I would recommend buying new appliance because it has better warranties, no all sales final or no return scams like this business.

This place is a ripoff! They have been ripping off the citizens of Chico for years! Their used appliances are usually pretty old and they still want top dollar. I had the wife call and she got prices then I called and questioned them a little bit and got different prices. Then I checked around and found a new oven for cheaper than their used models at Appliance Resale, what a joke! Don go here unless you want to pay more money and get a older less efficient appliance! You can do better Appliance Resale, quit ripping off Chico!!!
