I would give them a rating in negative stars. They jerked my elderly parents around for nine months when all they wanted was for Coast to remove the large propane tank off their property. They kept excusing themselves with 'having to respond to emergencies'..for NINE months? They didn't even respond to a registered letter.
They also set up an appointment and didn't show up without notifying my folks, nor tell them they'd rescheduled.
It's such a relief not having anything further to do with them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I just called them for a few questions....I can't even believe how rude they were to a potential customer on the phone. I hung up in disbelief. What a shame. Take my business elsewhere
