My homeowners warranty connected me to this company to repair my dishwasher.

I received a call from Michael to schedule an appointment to look at the dishwasher. Michael arrived timely, wore a mask, was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue with my dishwasher and ordered the parts needed.

He came back to repair the dishwasher, installed the replacement parts. After this, during his thorough testing he discovered another issue, so he ordered the part for that.

He came back again and fixed all parts and thoroughly tested the dishwasher.

He was polite, friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable.

I had been apprehensive due to the reviews, but hoped for the best.

I am pleased with this repair, and would not hesitate to contact Michael at McCain appliance repair for any future repairs I might need.

Is it possible to give negative stars? The "technician" who is here to work on my washer is so unbelievably rude and aggressive. He isn't wearing any type of uniform, and his vehicle is a rusty mini van from the 90's. Not professional at all, and actually he's downright creepy. My service window was from 10-12. I showed up at home at 10:05. He greeted me with an attitude and told me that I "almost missed him...etc.". Well, I didn't, so get to work. He's coughing all over my laundry room, and rudely told me to "get on out of here" as I was leaving showing him where the laundry room was. He also asked to use my restroom two minutes after getting to my house. I hate that, and your window was from 10-12....Use a gas station and show up at 10:05. The ONLY REASON I didn't kick him out is because he is a sub contractor for my home warranty company. If you have a choice, hire someone else.
