My son took his car here to get his oil changed. Explicitly asked that no other work be done without first speaking with him and yet when he got an update was told that a few filters had to be changed and that they went ahead and changed them. I don't appreciate this way of operating.
Regardless of whether or not the vehicle needed said filters replaced, their customer specifically asked to be first notified before doing any other work on the car. I don't think it's right that they went ahead and did the work and then charged for the work without compromise. So now an oil change came out to be $225. Not ok. Felt a little like they took advantage of the situation and no one wants to patronize a business that's out to do that. Very disappointed.

They charged us $225 to tell us our check engine light was on because the gas cap was put on incorrectly. No new parts and no actual work done on car. Seems like an awfully high price!
