Excellent customer service. I was visiting Chico and driving my Mom's car when the windshield fluid light came on. I stopped into Auto Zone, walked in and was greeted by a nice young man who helped me with what I needed. He even offered to put the fluid in the car after my purchase.

I could not thank him enough for his knowledge, professionalism and it was over 100 degrees outside and he took care of it. If you need a stellar auto parts store and want to work with someone who is personable, helpful and knowledgeable look for Brock.

Don't expect them to be there when they open the walk in10 minutes late, throw their cigarette next to you as they walk in the door 10 minutes after they're supposed to be open, And then even after that, you'll stand around, waiting for them to open the door you wait. after 30 minutes you decide to leave. Very unfortunate how unprofessional these employees were, showing up 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open , threw cigarette by The front door and still did not unlock the door for customers
