The last 4 visits have been awful and untrusting.

Three visits prior to the fourth awful visit, I signed a form that shows the multi-inspection as good, only to come out to a dead vehicle, have me resign another form for that same matter.

The service advisor, Logan C., advised me that the person working there previously in his position is no longer there and has moved to another state, so I will not need to worry about bad customer service.

My concern is that my vehicle is not getting properly serviced and mistakes are being made. I have called back multiple times to get an update, but no returned call.

Today, when I spoke with the same advisor, I mentioned that you were on a recorded line.

Calling and asking questions about my vehicle is something that I am fearing to do. The five times you coughed to signal to your partner is noticeable.

I would like Chico Hyundai to do better! *** REMI WAS AMAZING!!!

Customer service sucks. My engine broke and I had to tow it more than 100 miles away to this store. They took a month to fix it and I haven't received my reimbursement. It's been 3 months now. They are not helpful at all.
