Very disappointed in the staff at this Barnes & Nobles. My partner and I are in the cafe first, which was wonderful and everyone was nice.
However, when we went to look for books and other items we were followed nearly the entire time by staff. I suspect they think we were stealing, which we obviously weren't. Not every young person is your store is a thief. It makes it an extremely uncomfortable experience trying to shop while you're being followed through every isle.
Specifically, a staff member named David, an older man with a ponytail, we caught looking at us many times. He would poke his head around corners, make eye contact with us, and walk away. It was so obvious he was checking in on us, making sure we didn't pocket anything.
We ended up purchasing a few things, and stole NOTHING because obviously!!!! Not sure if I'll be back, which is sad because I love the Barnes & Nobles in my home town and I had previously good experiences with this location as well.- helpfull 0

Associates are very kind and helpful, smells great, and the cafe is delicious! Love to visit here to study or buy gifts!
