BCM Construction

I was at the Butte Co dump today. Everyone was alternating in the two lanes leading to the scales....left lane, right lane, left lane, right lane..... Except for the guy driving the BCM Construction Company truck. He cut in front of me when it was my turn. It wasn't worth causing an accident or getting in a fight, so i let him go ahead of me, but if this rude jerk is typical of their employees....they can't be much of a company.

I haven't used BCM Construction for a job, and after my recent experience with their staff, I never will. I was grocery shopping on Oroville and upon leaving the store I discovered that a BCM employee had parked his truck and extra-wide trailer right up against the driver's side of my car. (Only 1/2" from my side-view mirror and over 8" over the marked line.) I'm a grandmother who needs a knee replacement. Climbing in thru the passenger side wasn't an option.

That trailer was too wide fit in any parking space in the lot--but the lot was only a quarter full. If he had parked just 30 feet farther out, he could have parked in 2 adjacent spaces without blocking anyone and would have had an easier time maneuvering to leave the lot.

I called the company's receptionist and they called their employee to come move the truck. But he decided to finish his shopping first, so it was 20 minutes before he left the store and moved his vehicle. He didn't even bother to apologize for making me wait in the 103º weather.
