Reviews of Bill Webb Construction

This review is not for the construction or value, those aspects seem aok and the folks in the office are friendly and courteous (though maybe not kept up to date on availability of lots). The issue we had is that we waited for over a year for the opportunity to "bid on" one of a few specific lots in their Belvedere project, only to find out (after being really interested and excited about the place) that the lots were sold privately and not available. Knowing this a year ago would have made a difference in our plans, which at this point wont include a place in Belvedere. Just would have shown much more respect to us to let us know this earlier, when we were repeatedly asking about availability. So I'd urge caution in dealing with this type of concern -mainly one of communication within the organization.
