Beck’s Shoes

Just purchased a pair of shoes and was quite pleased with the salespersons knowledge and assistance. Would be happy to return.

Not only is the service hands down the best I've had at a shoe store in Chico the selection is great! All of the clerks know the products and really seem to take pride in making it a great experience for their guests.

We primarily went in for work boots for my honey but left with some shoes for me too! I was so excited to find black on black hoka's and have been wanting a pair for over a year but never found a color combo I liked in my size. Becks did not disappoint and my feet went home happy!

My honey had been told about an amazing work boot - Danner's, they are American made and amazingly comfortable. Our sales lady (I don't remember her name I'm sorry!!!) was really great and even put insoles in so he could see the difference. She was so attentive and helpful and made our experience that much better! Not even a week later we had an issue with the sole and went back to see what could be done and they were so kind and accommodating and did everything they could to help us with an exchange. Neither of us were expecting much but walked out even happier than we were when we bought the shoes.

Beck's is hands down a great hometown local shoe store and a place I would suggest to anyone who was looking for good shoes and great service.
