Bowen Pools was unable to do a job for me because the condition of my pool was so poor. Despite not having a chance to work with him on this project, I appreciate Forrest's courtesy and mindfulness in telling me 'no'. Nothing is worse than a contractor that burns his bridges the moment he finds out he's not getting any money from you.
