Prompt, friendly, professional service from the minute I spoke with Jenelle in the office to Robert coming out to pump our tank. A call to other services in the area assured me that their prices are fair with no hidden fees. We suspected we have a problem with our system which Robert confirmed. He was able to explain what to expect next and put us in contact with a company to diagnose and make repairs.

The best customer service I have had in a very long time. The whole team was great. Arrived on time "with a phone call ahead of time as well", work was done professionally and took time to clean up the work area.
I'm very happy with Domenics Septic and they will be the only company I use from here on.
Wish more companies were as awesome as this one was.
