Thrifty Rooter Sewer & Drain Cleaning & Septic Tank Pumping

Showed up 2 hours late and then spent 15 minutes looking for septic tank. Stopped and left . Don't use them worst business practice ! Call someone else. I'm waiting for another company to come. These guys wasted my time.

Don't bother. I called them last Thurs., toilet and tub backing up. Told all I needed was the septic line unclogged. So same day they sent a kid to clean the line, for $99. He told me my septic needed pumped, and that the tank was 50ft. away from the house. How should I know, I just got the property in Feb. So he made the appointment, soonest they could be there was Mon. Mon. afternoon their truck came. two of the slowest people i have ever met. while they tried to find the tank by poking holes in the ground, all the one could do was complain about how hard the ground was. The other just stood there with his shovel. Finally after putting 10 or 15 holes all over they said they couldn't find it and were leaving. Probably weren't even there 30 min. I called their office, the secretary told me she would talk to the foreman and call back. She never did. I waited about an hour then called again. This time it was some man. He informed me he couldn't do anything till the truck got back. Apparently they have no radios or cell phones in their trucks. But it just so happened the truck pulled in while we were talking. I'd found some paperwork before I called him. So now I explained where it was. Well they would just get it taken care of as soon as they had an opening. When I got a little upset and asked how much longer I would be without any sink, tub, toilet, or washing machine, he invited me to call someone else, but as soon as they had an opening he would call and schedule a time. NEEDLESS TO SAY. They never called back. So don't waste your time. And if you do, don't get irritated and let them know. Because you"ll never hear from them again. So here it is a week later. Never have heard from them. So don't bother.
