My family started accumulating rentals in 1975. Chico Vista was one of the first VRBO participants in Butte County. By 2008 we had a large collection of rental suites. Over the years we added rental suites throughout Chico, CA and began upgrading the decor and amenities. Rentals is Mendocino and Paradise CA were added as well. People love us because we focus on hospitality and flexibility.

Fabulous property! My plans changed last minute and they saved the day with finding the perfect Airbnb to put my family in for the holiday.
Wonderful communication and service, centrally located property with all the amenities to be comfortable for a week.

I needed a fully furnished place to stay for a month near my son and this place was beyond my expectations!! The neighborhood was so quiet and safe and within walking distance of a beautiful park. There was ample street parking. The apartment itself had everything I needed. Wonderful windows to let in the crisp morning breeze and air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom along with ceiling fans to help with the evening warmer weather. The in-unit washer and dryer was very convenient. I cooked the entire time I was here but there were a bunch of restaurants very close by. The TV setup and internet were great. Bed was comfortable and towels and sheets were nice and soft. I would highly recommend this rental if you are here on business or just need to get away for a bit.
