Okay, it's been over two years. I'm a Hilton Honors member and yet nobody ever called or reached to apologize for this absolute failure in customer service.

My initial conversation with their manager, Jay, was amazing. She was VERY friendly, professional, and accommodating in setting up our wedding block for our event coming up on the 31st of this month. However, I found out from one of my guests that they are being charged $10 over what she originally offered me. I know it's not a huge financial difference, however it is the principal for me. Following through with what we agreed on has definitely been my expectation, and I know I didn't hear the price wrong because I repeated it back, and immediately posted it on our website after we locked everything in.
The most disappointing part that encouraged me to write this review, was that I called to speak with Jay to hear how we got here and the employee I spoke with said she will give me a call back. I have yet to be contacted and it has definitely left a poor taste in my mouth to say the least.- helpfull 0
