I have a Fire and Explosions Investigation company located in the San Luis Obispo area. For the past several years I have had the privilege of retaining the services of Jeff Grimes with Computer Professionals Unlimited. I use both Apple Mac and Windows based computers. When I have a problem with either my computers Jeff is quick to access my system remotely (online), identify the problem and work with me diligently to get me back up and working. Simply he has saved me many times from computer frustration and down time. He is very experienced and a good listener especially for those folks who don't understand technical computer issues. With his instructions he fixed my desk top computer remotely without having to make a house call. He's very knowledgeable and candid about his evaluation of a problem. Besides his rates are very competitive and reasonable. He's very customer satisfaction oriented. He's the go to guy to get it done right.
