Here is my story; I've been searching for vehicles on Craigslist with zero luck. I happen to see a 2012 Volvo S60 T5 for sale on Monday morning on their website priced right where it should be. I immediately headed over to the dealership and multiple sales people were ready to help. Brad took me on a test drive and I literally took this Volvo for a 20 minute ride to make sure it ran as good as it looked. As I was heading back to work, Brad helped expedite the sales process by sending a rep to my office and had me sign the credit application. Per my request....they gave me a new push/start button, agreed to give me a little discount and by the end of my workday I was able to head back to Courtesy to sign the final paperwork. The finance manager was great too. She didn't try to up sell me on every little thing. When I was done, Ian went through all the technical features as we drove to fill up my gas tank. I was driving home in my new Volvo during Monday Night Football. GREAT FEELING. The next day they sent a nice gift to my office thanking me for my purchase. EASY, ACCOMMODATING AND HELPFUL!! I would recommend Courtesy over any other dealership in town.

Bought a 2001 Volvo S40 for my nephew. Only had one key so I purchased 2 key fobs and another Key $325 then tried to charge me $210 more to program the key and fobs $30 each for software and $120 for an hour of shop time. So over $500 + for a couple keys for a 13 year old vehicle. These guys are crooks. Called Sac dealership and for $300 2 fobs and key programed.. Unreal.. Support local they say. Well not when local shops only want to rip you off.. What a Joke...
