I give 2 stars because the people are nice, courteous, etc. The repair service is zero stars. $258 an hour to even tell you the problem. Unless some else is paying, find a nice independent repair shop, then they'll at least talk you to, not just empty your wallet. The new location is weird to get to and there's no signs yet. They moved in too early.
