Our experience with Full Service Property Management was extremely lackluster. They manage properties for owners, ours was a cocaine addict. He was extremely aggressive with us on countless occasions, consistently argued, and when I emailed them, they would do nothing to help amend the situation. They simply did not believe us. The owner even entered the house without permission, and only then they would finally take the matter seriously. They backed out and terminated their contract with him, Full Service agreed that they would help us all they could (write a letter of recommendation, etc.), well they did nothing.
Instead they're trying to act like none of the issues we dealt with ever existed and conceal everything that the owner had done. They're one of the worst leasing companies I have ever dealt with. I would strongly suggest not to rent from them.- helpfull 0
